Any teen is eligible to join. You don’t even have to be experiencing mental health issues yourself, you could also come if you are seeking advice about how to support a friend who is struggling.

Fill out this form to officially join the program and to be notified about the upcoming meetings via email. You can also follow our official Instagram (@teenmentalhealthforum) for recaps of past meetings and information about future meetings. The meeting ID, password and Zoom link are posted on our Instagram page prior (as well as this website) to each meeting. All teens are welcome to join the meetings! In addition to Zoom meetings, we have a 24/7 support group, which is a teen run community that provides support 24 hours a day. Participation is voluntary. You may choose to join for one meeting, or you may choose to join all of them! It’s really up to you.

Yes! You can contribute to Teen Mental Health Forum in a number of ways. To begin with, you can spread awareness to your peers about this program and encourage people to join, particularly friends who are struggling with mental health. Additionally, you can lead meeting. Leading a meeting entails preparing opening remarks ahead of time and choosing a topic of discussion for that day’s meeting.
